Project Visitor Guideline
Welcome to RK Feed & Poultry Limited!
We are delighted to have you visit our facility. To ensure your safety and maintain the efficiency of our operations, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines during your visit.
Before Your Visit
1. Pre-Scheduling:
- All visits must be scheduled in advance. Contact our office to arrange a date and time.
2. Identification:
- Bring a valid photo ID for registration purposes.
3. Dress Code:
- Wear closed-toe shoes and avoid loose clothing or accessories that might pose a safety hazard
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided if required.
Upon Arrival
1. Check-In:
- Report to the reception or security desk. Sign the visitor log and receive your visitor badge.
2. Orientation:
- Attend a brief safety and factory overview session conducted by our team.
3. Guided Tour Only:
- For your safety, remain with your assigned guide throughout the visit.
During Your Visit
1. Safety First:
- Follow all safety signs and instructions provided by your guide.
- Do not touch machinery or equipment unless instructed.
2. Hygiene Protocols:
- Wash your hands or use sanitizer before entering production areas, especially in feed and poultry zones.
- Wear any required PPE, including hair nets, gloves, and masks.
3. Restricted Areas:
- Certain areas may be off-limits due to safety or operational reasons. Please respect these restrictions.
4. Photography:
- Photography or videography is only allowed with prior approval.
After Your Visit
1. Check-Out:
- Return your visitor badge at the reception or security desk.
2. Feedback:
- We value your input! Share your experience with our team to help us improve.
Important Notes
- Health and Safety: If you feel unwell, notify your guide immediately.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of your guide or factory personnel.
- Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of our operations and refrain from sharing proprietary information.
